Shipping and Returns

Damages and Returns:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days from the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will offer you an exchange or refund, with any additional shipping on us.

For non damaged items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was sent. For items not from the thrift shop this means it must be unworn with tags.

If you request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, you may:

-Exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, etc if desired and available ($10 fee to cover shipping expenses),

-Return the item(s) for a refund ($10 fee to cover shipping expenses),

or

-Keep the item and receive a gift card with an amount reflecting the refund value (up to 2 times within a 6 month period, and 3 times within a 12 month period).

If you request a return or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date, you may keep the item and receive a gift card with an amount reflecting 50% the refund value (up to 2 times within a 6 month period, and 3 times within a 12 month period)
