Refund policy
To start a return or exchange or report an issue with your order, you can contact us at sweetserendipityboutiquega@yahoo.com. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days from the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will offer you an exchange or refund, with any additional shipping on us.
For non damaged items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was sent.
If you request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, you may:
-Exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, etc if desired and available ($10 fee to cover shipping expenses),
-Return the item(s) for a refund ($10 fee to cover shipping expenses), or
-Keep the item and receive a gift card with an amount reflecting the refund value (up to 2 times within a 6 month period, and 3 times within a 12 month period)
If you request a return or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date, you may:
-Keep the item and receive a gift card with an amount reflecting 50% the refund value (up to 2 times within a 6 month period, and 3 times within a 12 month period)
*If you are exchanging an item we will let you know availability of our stock and put any requested items on hold while waiting for your original item(s).
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
